Charlene Cheeks has been involved in Christian Ministry half of her adult life and has served along side her husband Pastor Tensley C. Cheeks, since their marriage in 1991. Charlene holds a bachelor degree in Psychology which she attained from Converse College(a small private school in South Carolina). Pastor Cheeks often echoes that Charlene releases me to minister to the people of God and shares me as a gift to the "Body of Christ".

      In addition to raising 2 daughters, Charlene has assumed an active role in her community and her work as a director of The Big Brothers Big Sisters Program in Spartanburg, S.C.(a non-profit organization that recruits positive, dedicated, committed individuals who mentor "at risk youth"). As an insightful speaker, she has a rare ability to reach and stir a audience as she works to compliment her husband's ministry.
